Shipping, Warranty, and Returns


Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery within Mexico typically takes 3-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Our warehouse is in Cancun, Quintana Roo. We are not responsible for courier delays.

We are not liable for typographical or pricing errors. All orders are subject to review and confirmation by Spin Padel Mexico, a division of Baraka Wealth Management SAPI de CV, even if paid. Prices may change without notice, and we do not offer price protection.


Spin Padel Mexico, a division of Baraka Wealth Management SAPI de CV, is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including return shipping costs, rental of a similar product, travel expenses, property damage, lost income, or inconvenience. Some jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.


Any disputes or claims, including warranty claims, will be governed by Mexican law. The courts of Quintana Roo have exclusive jurisdiction.


Warranty

New Spinfire Pro ball machines come with a 2-year warranty for parts and labor, except for the SLA battery (6 months). Lithium batteries match the machine's warranty. Refurbished models have a 1-year warranty (SLA battery: 6 months). Warranty covers normal use, excluding abuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Cosmetic damage is not covered. The warranty is non-transferable and applies from the purchase date. For warranty repairs, contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping costs to our facility are the customer's responsibility; return shipping is covered by us.

You may return your Spinfire Pro Ball Machine within 30 days for a partial refund. Obtain an RMA number by calling (52) 998 220 5567 and/or send an email to ventas@spinpadelmexico.com .
Machines must be in resalable condition and returned in the original packaging. Refunds exclude shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. An additional 2,500 MXN fee applies for machines used on clay courts. Return shipping costs and insurance are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt and inspection.


This policy does not apply to demo, reconditioned, or refurbished machines, or to accessories unless unused and in original packaging.


All returns must be insured for full retail value. Spin Padel Mexico, a division of Baraka Wealth Management SAPI de CV, is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
